2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Missed Appointments and Future Deposits
We value our clients’ time and our team’s time. When an appointment is missed without notice, that reserved time may not be available to another client.
Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without attending will be required to provide a 50% deposit when scheduling their next appointment. The deposit will be calculated based on the services scheduled for that future appointment.

Any deposit collection, application, refund, or forfeiture will be handled in accordance with the salon’s disclosed deposit terms and applicable law.

Although we make every reasonable effort to provide a positive experience, specific aesthetic results cannot be guaranteed.
